As a recent high school graduate, she plans to further her academic and athletic softball career at Heartland Community College. Once finished there, she plans to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with the goal of attending medical school. As a Peacemaker Project 703 board member, Avery is committed to bring awareness to the hardships police officers face all while honoring her father. Amber is the wife of Officer Chris Oberheim. Only days after her husband’s life was taken in the line of duty, she developed a strong, restless desire to support Chris’s brothers and sisters in uniform. Her vision became a reality with assistance from the resourceful people who support her. Amber’s strong faith allows her to move forward with her God-serving mission in honor of her husband. Amber completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mennonite College of Nursing in 1998 and her Master of Science in Public Health Nursing from the University of Illinois-Chicago in 2004. She is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has a passion for helping others. She is a very loved and well-respected leader. She is a freshman at Monticello High School. Addison has a passion for the outdoors. She spends her free time hunting, fishing and hiking, all activities she frequently did with her dad. She brings unique insight to the board through her life experiences and being a part of the younger generation. Addison is passionate about making change and has expressed that she is dedicated to doing what it takes to help her father’s brothers and sisters in uniform. Addison, along with her sister Aubree, will play a vital role in keeping the foundation progressing in order to gain young supporters in our communities. Throughout his time at Grace, Noah has been a part of the men’s golf team, including an NCCAA All-American Team. In the classroom, he has earned Dean’s list honors on multiple occasions and was inducted into Alpha Chi, a national college honor society. In his free time, he tutors fellow accounting students on campus and has also served as an accounting lab assistant. With multiple family members having been in law enforcement, Noah displays a fervent passion for backing the blue family. She is a freshman at Monticello High School. Aubree enjoys playing softball and making memories with her family. In her free time, she creates blue line bracelets in order to raise money to provide meals for police officers. Aubree is passionate about making a difference in the lives of police officers and their families all around the United States of America. She understands the importance of multiple generations connecting to make a difference. I know that He has a purpose for my mom, my sisters and me. We will live life intentionally seeking that purpose.” Hannah Oberheim is the oldest daughter of Chris and Amber Oberheim. She is a student at Grace College and Theological Seminary and will graduate in December of 2021 with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is working on completing her Master of Science in Non-Profit Management at the same college. On campus, she works as a Teaching Assistant for the Behavioral Science Department. Hannah has maintained a 4.0 GPA in college, which has landed her on the Dean’s List every semester. She has a passion for working with children and hopes she can assist the Peacemaker Project 703 Foundation by working with those who have had the same experience as her. Outside of school and work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, who all hold a special place in her heart.
